The reader plugs into an iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch® along with a free easy-to-use app available from the App Store. The Square Credit Card Reader is also compatible with select Android devices (click on compatibility tab for complete list). There’s no need for complicated contracts, monthly fees, or merchant accounts. All users pay is 2.75% per transaction. Square is available for use in the US and Canada.
